[Concept] IUPAC is the abbreviation for the International Urban Planning Academic Committee under the China Urban Planning Society. We used the scale commonly found in urban planning maps as both a design element and a tool, embedding the initials IUPAC within a 26-letter scale system. Each letter represents a segment of length, and different segments are combined to form the logo. This modernist expression not only highlights the committee’s professionalism but also reflects its precise and rigorous approach to urban planning.
UPAC 是中国城市规划学会国外城市规划学术委员会的简称。我们将规划平面图中常用的比例尺作为设计元素和工具，将首字母 IUPAC 嵌入由 26 个字母组成的刻度系统中，每个字母对应一段长度，通过组合不同长度的刻度形成标志形象。这种现代主义的表达不仅凸显了学术委员会的专业性，也体现了其对城市规划严谨、精准的态度。
